- Unlimited phone support
- We keep your working relationship with your client in good standing. We act as a middle man between you and your customer where potential liens and notices may be needed.
- We become your receivable administrator, no matter how big or small your company may be.
- This monthly fee will be your most inexpensive insurance you can buy to protect your assets.
- Should you need to foreclose on lien, we have in house council that specializes in lien law.(This service will be billed on an hourly basis)
- 15% discount applied to CBNC's current prices, a copy of which is published under the “Fees” tab on our website. This discount also applies to consulting services which are normally billed at an hourly rate of $150. Please note that we cannot discount our out-of pocket expenses such as title search fees, recording fees, certified mail, etc.
